Two experiences united by a shared passion for authentic Spanish cuisine
We have two wine-tasting experiences designed just for you: a shorter one and a more comprehensive one. Both include top-quality Spanish wines, hand-sliced ham, and artisanal products that you won’t find at this level of quality in any tourist restaurant.

Tasting of the Three Hams
A carefully curated selection of three wines and three hams that showcases Spanish culinary tradition and excellence.
A selection of three wines and three great ambassadors of Spanish cuisine, designed to help you discover the diversity and tradition of our country. You’ll learn to recognize the differences between Iberian ham, Serrano ham, and cecina de vaca—a true gem of León’s culinary tradition that still surprises many visitors. The experience includes our guidance and explanations delivered in a friendly and approachable manner, all in a cozy setting. In addition, all the products are served with Galician bread baked fresh daily.

Great Spanish Tasting
Much more than just a tasting: a journey through
Spain's finest flavors.
Our team will guide you step by step, sharing the story behind each product in a warm and unhurried way. You’ll pair everything with a selection of the finest wines from different regions of Spain. Start with chorizo and salchichón, two of Ezequiel’s must-try products. Next, try marinated pork loin and beef cecina—authentic, little-known products that will surprise your palate. Next, serrano and Iberian ham, both characterized by a subtle flavor from being smoked over oak wood. And finish with four artisanal cheeses, homemade quince paste, walnuts, and raisins.
