Two experiences united by a shared passion for authentic Spanish cuisine
Two experiences united by a shared passion for authentic Spanish cuisine
We have two wine-tasting experiences designed just for you: a shorter one and a more comprehensive one. Both include top-quality Spanish wines, hand-sliced ham, and artisanal products that you won’t find at this level of quality in any tourist restaurant.

Great Spanish Tasting
Much more than just a tasting: a journey
through the best flavors of Spain.
Our team will guide you step by step, sharing the story behind each product in a warm and unhurried way. You’ll pair everything with a selection of the finest wines from different regions of Spain. Start with artisanal chorizo and salchichón from northern Spain. Next, enjoy marinated pork loin and beef cecina—two little-known gems—paired with extra virgin olive oil and aged cheese. Then, savor Serrano and Iberian ham with a hint of oak smoke. And finish with four artisanal cheeses, homemade quince paste, walnuts, and raisins.
Tasting of the Three Hams
A carefully curated selection of three wines and three hams that showcases Spanish culinary tradition and excellence.
You’ll learn to tell the difference between a good Iberian ham and a good Serrano ham, and you’ll discover a third type of “ham” that few tourists—and even few Spaniards—know about: cecina de vaca. You’ll watch firsthand how Iberian ham is hand-carved and pair it all with three wines from renowned wineries: a Rioja, a Ribera, and a little-known Bierzo with a history that will surprise you. All served with traditional Galician bread baked fresh daily.
